Do I need to request a quote?
Most of the BMR items require cold or dry ice packing for express shipment. Shipping fees vary by destination and international shipment may also include tariff/duty/tax fees. To provide the most accurate price, we will prepare a customized quote for each order if requested.

How long does it take to receive a quote?
Most quotes are provided within 24–48 business hours after we receive your inquiry.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we routinely ship to international destination. Please note that the transit times may be impacted by country-specific customs regulations.

Can I place a bulk order?
Yes, we welcome bulk and wholesale orders. Please contact us with your requirements and we will provide a customized quotation.

What payment methods do you accept?

Domestic academic customers may email us (chunglee@buffalo.edu) an official purchase order. Our W2 form is available for vendor setup.

What storage conditions are required for your reagent kits?
Storage requirements vary by product. Please refer to the product protocol or label for specific storage instructions. Common storage conditions include room temperature, 2–8°C refrigeration, or -20°C/-80°C freezing.

How long does delivery take?
We usually ship within 24–48 business hours after we receive your payment or PO unless the item is on back order.

What should I do if my shipment arrives damaged?
Please inspect the package upon arrival and contact us immediately if there is any damage or temperature excursion. Providing photographs of the package and contents will help us resolve the issue promptly.
