Streptavidin-HRP (horseradish peroxidase)                                                                                                                                               Price

BACKGROUND: Streptavidin is covalently linked to horseradish peroxidase (HRP) with a molar ratio of 3:1 (HRP/streptavidin). Since the enzyme
conjugate binds biotin with high affinity, it is used in conjunction with chromogenic, chemiluminescent, or fluorogenic HRP substrates to enhance
detection signal. Dilute the conjugate solution 250x – 5000x with 1% BSA/PBS for ELISA and Western blotting. Optimal dilution should be
empirically determined for each application. The streptavidin-HRP conjugate is provided in a stabilized liquid form (no preservative added).
Store solution at 4°C (do not freeze).
